Anyone using/used any of the 3lc(mark cavendish) training dvds?
Any good? Better than spinervals/cts etc.

    Haven't used any 3LC dvds. Nap D recommended The Sufferfest to me a while back. Totally hooked, brilliant.
    Why tidy the house when you can clean your bike?
