Re the jailbreak solution, maybe I will at some point not sure yet only had it a couple off weeks, I might do because mines locked to orange so I'll need to unlock it anyway, jail breaking might save me £20.

Re the mini iPad being an iPod touch, if the iPod touch had a 7 inch screen then yes, yes it would, and I would buy one 8)

Edit again: I would get a gigabag from Giffgaff if I had a 3/4G iPad I'm not a rule breaker and to be fair a think 1gb for £7.50 would probably do me.
