If I have paid for a racing licence, (renewed from last year), and it is currently in the post, can I still race?

Race is tomorrow and looking very unlikley it is going to show up.

Thanks

Might be a good thing to do...Phone the race organiser because they have the final say and would save you perhaps a load of fuel and time.

If you want to be a strong rider you have to do strong things.
However if you train like a cart horse you'll race like one.

i know its too late now, but for future ref, Phone BC and they will email a copy to you, which will be fine.
If organiser says no (and ringing him/her the evening b4 may possibly get you that answer) then sign on with a day licence - £10? - any regional event will allow this as you ve pre entered? its the same for a cct race that allows EOL, i dont know if any pts would count though, BC should allow them as you ve got a full licence?
