Seriously mine was really high, seems it was mainly not drinking enough (not booze) causing it

I suspected as much, because the last checkup i had with the doctor was the day after a 3.5mile run. And with my incredible sweatyness, I thought dehydration might be to blame.
Unfortunately, I've been making sure to stay hydrated since, and it's still at 148/90 when I've measured it at home.
It's much much better than it was before I stopped the drink, drugs and fags though, it reached a stratospheric 240/160 or thereabouts back then.

148/90 is around what mine measures at home, but it seems to be fine when the Doc sees me, it may just be the accuracy of your machine. As my doc says, its the higher end of normal, but not high enough to cause concern. You should be ok

Today turned out to be unlucky for me. Letting agent fouled up. House we were shown round, signed for etc. isn't actually being rented out this year or something. We can live a couple of doors down instead if we want, meant to be the pretty much the same setup, better condition. Lacking bike storage though, isn't realistically space to keep bikes in the house. The others want to take it despite having not seen it. Tempted to pull out and find somewhere else with different peoples and somewhere for bikes. Right pissed off at the moment.
