    Morning bumders

Lambing times today, 2 more days left after today, can't wait for it to be over, just want a rest, a chance to ride bikes and I really need to start getting on with some revision. Suppose I'd better get out of bed now, really don't want to but I get the feeling I'm going to be late.

Looks like a nice sunny day. I've been awake since 5, for some reason, so I guess that's the unlucky bit done.

I'm minion-less again today. We'd better not be fecking busy, I'll have to kill a lesser-minion otherwise.
I'm glad it's been a short week, I cba with any more work this week. Still waiting for my Superstar order and forks, I think the SS stuff will arrive today. It'd better.

Friday 13th ok so far, compared to previous ones, that has included writting a car off on the M6.

Today is work, with some study during lunch & then family visit to the pub later - perfect end to the day.

I really can't be arsed with work today, got a feeling that I'll be working with the idiot, the ar$ehole and the fat c**t. Roll on the weekend. I'm still waiting for my CTW to come through so I can collect my new bike and ride it. That is all

absorbed plenty coffee as i was up with the missus, so time to commute and try not to jump out infront of a lorry to get this fekken week over with - damn it. revision at lunch for myself too but not superstitious so dont think anything unusually bad will make a blind bit of difference this week

    enjoy your day bumfaces :|

Work and weetabix mostly. Followed by the arrival of TFN at my house for the first time.
Off into the Peaks yet again tomorrow, to consolidate what appears to be the first hints of a glove-tan.

    morning all,

i was going to ride FoD after work but hopefully a guy is buying my golf off me so i need to go home and sort all the paperwork and stuff out for him.

had the bike back from a brake bleed last night and the shop told me i need a new BB, new rear end bearings, a new rear wheel and a new rear mech asap as they're all on their way out....bummer :(

TFIF - aching a bit from the gym and a good 26km ride last night, but the pub later tonight will ease that.

    Morning rimlickers,

Today is meh, I have just been given the task of unravelling all the budgets set up by a man who seemed to have made them up by randomly pulling numbers out of his harris hole. Would be easy if a small amount but it's a couple of million.

Might order a 456 evo this afternoon with the RLT revs for £500 as it's my birthday tomorrow and need cheering up.

BB is cheap no worries there mate, I doubt your mech is there shizing you. why do you needa new rear wheel? you have to do a fair amount of damage for it to be a complete right off, ok most people need rear sus bearings but check for your self pop a bolt out and see if it feels rough as bum holes.

I never listen to half the bike shops in our area mate, most are out to screw you

Anyways morning nubs, today more VAT and curry for lunch mmmmmm

    Afternoon all

    so today has been a bit weird, i am shattered, nearly fainted this morning and my blood pressure is low, couple that with my normally low resting HR of 46 and things aint amazing, off to see the drs next week i think if i don't improve;

Been having a look at what to do with regards to replacing my bike, don't want to get too into it as I'm still waiting on the confirmation from the insurance about how much i am getting paid, the loss adjuster is "making further enquiries" I'm not really sure what she means by this but it unnerves me a little like they are going to say they aren't paying out! why isn't this kind of stuff simple!

off to be stressed out by it all

Oh bugger. You just reminded me that I have one of those annoying 24-hour blood pressure analyser tests on monday.
It seems my high blood pressure issue has returned :?

Mine was sky high, but since the filth have stopped skulking round it's dropped.

Seriously mine was really high, seems it was mainly not drinking enough (not booze) causing it

I suspected as much, because the last checkup i had with the doctor was the day after a 3.5mile run. And with my incredible sweatyness, I thought dehydration might be to blame.
Unfortunately, I've been making sure to stay hydrated since, and it's still at 148/90 when I've measured it at home.
It's much much better than it was before I stopped the drink, drugs and fags though, it reached a stratospheric 240/160 or thereabouts back then.

yeah i know what you mean but i only changed them about 6 months ago, so it would've cost me £80/£90 to change the bearings and freehub
