Do you really have nothing more important to worry about than the diameter of your calf muscles?

Anyway, you know the answer - you need to get to the gym and do some strength work on your left calf

Is it red and painful when you press it? Its not much of a circumference difference but an isolated swollen leg can be a sign of a deep vein thrombosis. Have you been on a flight recently? Spent a lot of time without moving your legs (cast etc.)?

Rather the opposite after Sundays race... cheers though.
48 hour discomfort eased and was able to turbo session last night.
Does anyone rate compression socks for post race recovery?
  • My right calf is infinitely larger than my left. Although my right thigh is only 10cm larger circumference than my left.
