In which case happy birthday.
Just stopped for the day. Today was properly hard work. Weather added to the workload and made everything twice as hard as it needed to be. No snow tomorrow apparently but still plenty of wind, meh just take it as it comes.
Quad bikes in snow is fun though0 -

Lambing is best when you are putting your arm in for a warm had any interesting birth defects? my last time we had a smedi lamb and one that had a head and then the rest of it was tagliatelle (smelled wonderful, but that could have been the sleep deprivation). Cheryl had a live two headed lamb that had to be euth'd she was the envy of the vet school ps watch out for that afterbirth, it's feckin slippyAll hail the FSM and his noodly appendage!0 -

Not had that many yet really, a few with fucked up spines and limbs, completely malformed, they've been sent of to the VLA place, there's a farm not too far away that's been confirmed as having Schallenberg virus so we're getting stuff tested just in case. No weird mutants with 2 heads though0 -
But has Tony's heart attack caused more work, not to mention the badgers burrowing into the slurry lagoon at brookfield. Also what do you think of the mega dairy plan proposed by BL?. I just have to say, I'd love to do farming instead of being bored on a train0
