    There is no place for coloured anodising on a road bike*. Anywhere. Ever!! We might sometimes think there is but we'd be wrong!

    * (actually, any rules are, by definition, crap and wrong so if you want coloured anodising on your bike, go for it. But just remember it looks rubbish - like coloured tyres.....!)
