Is it possible for a human to ride 200 miles in one full day? I do proper training daily but I don't know if I will make it or not. How can you calculate your maximum riding distance? thx

of course it is possible for a 'human' to ride 200 miles in a day. Many humans have ridden much further than that...

There is no reliable calculation which will tell you how far you can ride. You just have to try it for yourself...

Yes, but it is excessive for touring.

Multiply your average speed by the hours you intend to ride . Say, 15mph x 10 hours = 150 miles. However, no journeys are the same.

Trust me you'll make it.

If you want to be a strong rider you have to do strong things.
However if you train like a cart horse you'll race like one.
