Hey, Im thinking about starting racing in 2 months and i want to specialise my training a bit.
I will mainly be riding crits and time trials with short punchy climbs and im wondering what
types of intervals would be best for this type of racing.
thanks

Different types of intervals for different types of racing....
2 x 20, or 2 x 15 as a kick off (google em) for short time trialling.
Sprinting and 3 min power more relevant for crits, so intervals to suit....again google is your friend for specific workouts.
Personally, I would do the shorter, harder intervals, and they will benefit your TT-ing also, if you are just starting out. Presume you have a good winter of mileage in your legs...0
