Interval suggestions.

Hi.
I am training for a 33 mile hilly TT on the 6th April, the next 2 weeks I will be training on the circuit, today I did 30 miles at a hard pace, disappointingly only averaging 20mph but there was traffic.
Anyway, tomorrow I'm going to go to a 5 mile circuit in the countryside and do intervals, it's about a 19 mile ride there and back, so nice and easy warmup, the circuit is quite flat.
What sort of intervals could I do that would be beneficial to helping improve?
