Looking forward to today, hope we get a proper showdown. I think we'll find out today whether Valverde is still the rider he was before his ban, if he is then he'll probably win, if he's not then who knows. I've gone for Wiggins on PTP as I just think he's got great condition, but it's a tough stage today, toughest stage that any of the riders will have ridden this year so anything could happen.

If this is the decisive road stage of the race who do we think will prevail in the TT? I know the climb from riding it on the i-magic and I would have thought Wiggins would still have advantage over the pure climbers. Is it a stage he can look forward to (in terms of time, rather than actually 'enjoying' it, that is....)
