I'm all for the invention of a USB breathaliser and getting a clear result before being allowed on to the Internet. I lack restraint in the same department at times.
Lovely looking bike though. I ride an old, cheap aluminium bike and I too take great pleasure in whizzing past many riders on expensive (albeit lovely) pieces of kit. Cycling's fun whatever you do it on.

Peanutt - you should look to subsidise your poor designer income pimping bikes. Seriously good work, most impressed.
I have an old Giant that needs the treatment but I'm too tight to pay for it.
But anyway I'm sure there's more people on here that would love to see more of your work.
There's warp speed - then there's Storck Speed

  • I have the same spec Claude Butler as your trek & i think there great bikes. I've bought mine for commuting but i'm also racing it & entering sportives on it. might also try cyclo cross on it as I've just taken it off road as well & it handles like a dream. as you say it's not the machine but the fitness of the person.

Miles of smiles, it's not what you ride it's how you ride that counts :D

thanks chaps, at least it'll be easy to spot when it does surface, sad thing is I'm still paying it off, and there doesn't look like any chance of a replacement any time soon, just have to stick with the old team banana and go a bit retro for a while.
