Knee Pain After Crash...

I crashed on my bike on Friday (22Mph at a roundabout). The main impact points were my right hip and knee. Following the crash it was painful to walk and go up/down stairs.

I have since rested since Sunday and the knee is defiantly feeling better, but still not right. The symptoms are exactly the same as PF syndrome. Feel it when sitting with knee at 90 degrees for a while and when going down stairs.

I cycled into work this morning and the knee was fine until about 15 minutes in, and then I could feel it again.

Is it possible to get PF syndrome from impact to the knee? Should I just rest longer, or is light cycling ok? The knee has been getting better every day since the crash, and I thought it had pretty much gone until I rode in today and now I can feel it again.

Thanks

I'd rest it for a while and see if it settles, you say it was improving until you cycled. You don't have to be Einstein.
