Crunch time training plan queries

I am following the Crunched time Experienced competitor training plan and I have the following queries about the plan.
Week 1 Tuesday 60-90 MINS.EM WITH 3 X 10 MIN. SS (5 MIN. RBI) Does this mean the 3 SS intervals should be done within the 60-90 min EM interval ?
Week 2 Thursday 75-90 MIN.EM WITH 4X6 MIN. OU (2U.10 (5 MIN.RBI). I undersatnd what the overunder interval is but I am not quite sure what the time for under and over should be ? What does (2U.10) mean ?

Yep, 3 10 minute SS intervals with a rest of 5 minutes between each.Gavin Cook wrote:

It means that during the interval you do 2 minutes under, 1 minute over, 2 under, 1 over making up the 6 minute interval, rest 5 minutes and repeat.0 -
