Peaking after just 3 weeks of training??

Is this possible?
After not doing much proper training since the start of October, I only started training again about 3 weeks ago, just into my 3rd proper week now, and I notice how my power output has is already at the level it was when I peaked last year? And I'm not far behind on the road.
It's slightly concerning because I don't want to peak now when I've got months ahead of me of the year still.

You'll be fine. You have a base training from last year and if you've kept kind of active in the period in between you'll have maintained that. You might find that you have your own peak cycle where you'll plataux (sp?) for a while before you start gaining in strenght/fitness again. Once you'll get more into it you'll be able to sort your training out so you can peak during race times.
