    Its nothing to do with that - its the challenging the police excesses that matters. Like the cyclist who was hit by a police vehicle in last few days and when other officers attended, they breathalysed ( without any legal power to do so) the CYCLIST

    The creep of the police powers is a removal by stealth of our freedoms. In this case police trying to make it illegal to use humour!

    I hope that Red Issue and its publishers now bring an action about this for the loss of sales.

    Interestingly Private Eye this week makes the point no one from police tried to seize their last issue which was on sale at same location and had similar cartoon/ picture in it
