I know we're all sick to death of the 'turbo training' topic, but what's your favourite Turbo training session to do?

    Stick Turbo trainer in shed
    Lock shed
    Forget.
    This session can be done day after day after day.....

    My turbo training plan is very similar. The only variation is that it's been abandoned under the stairs for a couple of years collecting dust. Perhaps I'll move it out to the shed to keep these sessions fresh?

    Mine was under the spare bed for 4 years.

    Now it is in my shed and I am using it upto 4 times a week. One of my favourite workouts is this one:
