CycleOps Turbo breakage

Trying to set up my turbo yesterday, but the handle onto the bolt seized, and so i GT-85'ed it and vibrated it, but couldnt loosen it, so had to force it free, but it sheared the bolt that controls the position of the fly wheel...

Does anyone know if spares can be found? I can upload a picture of the bit that sheared if anyone needs to see? Really need to fix this asap.

If not, does anyone know where to get spare parts?
