Some great results Googling family members, the good.lady boss is "My Ding-aling" for example, whereas I am Elvis' "The Wonder of You" which is, of course, perfectly apt :-)

C'mon, who gets Teenage Dirtbag or Lady Marmelade?

    I think it was Benny Hill and Ernie the fastest milkman in the west which might also explain my parentage :shock:

    George McCrae - Rock Your Baby
    I didn't recognise it at first, but a bit of Youtube action filled me in. I'm quite happy with that as a song and two bits of trivia to bore people with if I ever hear it on the radio.
    Regarded by some as the first Disco No 1.

    Come Outside, a comedy record by Mike Sharn (?) and a v young Wendy Richard. Typical...

    Good to see people of a decent age are on here, instead of yoofs born to the sound of McFly or those Spice ladies.

    Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel "Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me)". Great song, but possibly not appropriate for a new born.

    I am pretty chuffed about this;

    22 Feb 1975 Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me) 2 Only No 1 They had two Top 10s before this. Harley went solo in 1976 but never made the big time.

    Reasonably good song! Must admit that I expected it to be Mudd or some other glam rockers/ one hit wonders....
