Heart rate zones using Garmin Edge 500

Help
I have my Heart Rate Zones set-up in my Garmin Edge 500 but I want to see how long I have spent in each zones on my rides but cannot figure out how to do this, is it possible to do?

I am using the Garmin Connect website do I need to use third party software?

    You want something like Golden Cheetah or Sporttracks for further analysis.

    ridewithgps.com will give you time in zones. You do have to set your zones on it as well as on the 500.

    The bog standard 'Training Centre' shows this in 'Totals'. It comes on a cd with the unit.
