Stop smoking, but actually stay off smoking. I'm now on hour 3 of not smoking, and since I haven't had my morning cigarette i'm a cranky mother farker.
Get down to 78kg, that should be achieveable within the next 3 months I would say. Weighed myself today, and i've gone back up a few KGs to 84. Oh well, still not too far away.0 -
