Online coaching

Has anyone used the services of an online coach? I wouldn't mind doing some training, with guidance from a coach. How much should I expect to pay?

    Jeff Jones on here is one of our clients. He did some amazing things this year (BBAR champ and a new 12 hour TT record). I also worked with Ric Stern and got to the World Cup this year, and had my best season ever.

    Most of our clients are remote (many travel a lot for racing) or simply live/train/based in locations around the world (our clients are in Nth & Central America, Asia, Australia, several European countries, Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Middle East). Working remotely is pretty normal for us.

    Prices depend on the level of service and interaction with coach.

    It depends how much coaching you want, how much contact you need and what sort of coaching you need.

    Ask round, check out some sites on-line and email them some questions. You'll want to find out who is keen on your business and who will treat you like any other client and give you a one size fits all training program.
