With the Christmas TV season now in full swing, and a plethora of comedic xmas specials, and repeats on Dave, Beeb 3/4 nominate your most unfunny comedian or one that really grinds your gears.
My award goes to Russell Howard. Reason..totally unfunny. Just hope the Beeb see the foresight in not commissioning another series for him. (Cue Yossie).

Always be yourself, unless you can be Aaron Rodgers....Then always be Aaron Rodgers.

Did anyone watch 'Imagine...The Art of Stand-Up'? Here they are talking about the finest comedians to ever perform and who are the guests? Chris Addison and Jack Whitehall; how can they give a worthy opinion? They're utter s**te, nowhere near the likes of Richard Pryor etc.
On a side-note, whilst Chris Addison's stand-up is dire, his role in 'The Thick of It' isn't half-bad.0 -

I find him overly political in his stand up, the same with Ed Byrne, politics in comedy has been done to death, its boring.0 -

Nah that was 'Commedians we hate'...oh wait...0 -
James Corden, without a doubt. He's an unfunny, irritating, overly 'blokey', fat essex twat0
-
Ricky Gervais - Herpes is funnier"That doesn't look like a foot"......thought the sock.0

Are we talking about their softened for tv topical quiz show appearances or their actual live stand-up acts because ime they can be very different. For example I saw John Bishop live a couple of years ago and he was excellent where as his tv work that I've seen is insipid and not even half as good, if I'd have seen his tv stuff first I would never have considered going. I know people who'd say the same about Chris Addison too.0

Alan Carr, are you telling me he was brought up to talk like that!0

+1 Jack Whitehall0

Sarah Millican. The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns
momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.0 -

There is a formula to explain this Funny comedian made joke once x A = not funny anymore ; where A represents the airtime they get.
I personally avoid nearly all of the above mentioned but esp Russell Howard as he seems to think that mentioning anal rape makes him controversial and therefore funny.0 -
john bishop- the phoney runcornian gobsh1te'dont forget lads, one evertonian is worth twenty kopites'0

God, you lot are miserableScience adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved0 -
- Sarah Millican - Jokes about cakes and how sh1t men are...Blah, blah, blah its not the 90s anymore. Whiny women are not funny.
- Tim Vine - knob head.
- Michael McIntyre - no comment needed.
- John Bishop - as above, was funny when he was first on the scene but no more.
- Not so much new generation but Phil Jupitus, sure he is a nice guys and would be a good laugh down the pub but not doing stand-up
- Also not new generation but Peter f**king Kay really boils my p*ss. One joke, he had ONE joke! A decade later its still the same act just a bit fatter. Ugh...
- Gavin Webster - another c*ck rehashes Peter Kay material.
Its not all bad tho, some of the newer up and coming comedians are great - much lulz for Chris Kent, Chris Ramsey, also caught a Dave Fuller show a little while ago he was really good.0
