turbo trainers

hello have a turbo trainer and been on it a couple times and get really bored after 15 mins! does any one have a good turbo trainer work out they follow as i just piss about on it. please help

Those are the main protagonists in the general trainer market. The are many specific ones for particular turbo setups.

I personally use none of them however the sufferfest ones seems to get the most recommendations on here.

Wished I could have a turbo trainer, live in a 1st floor flat with no space so the bike stays down stairs in the hall.

I just fire up iTunes and run a Dance/Trance podcast with it blaring. I've tried some of the cycling podcasts and videos and its just too "fake" for me and the neighbours don't appreciate it when I swear at the fading Frenchies
