I've never been one to hit the gym that hard in the off season but this year I was thinking of putting a little time in. If your short on time what do you think would be the best exercises for cycling?

Any sort of core strengthening exercises, concentrating on muscles like the hip flexers to help with upper body stability. Also very important to work on stretching your leg muscles out properly so you can get better a position on the bike. TBH a good pilates class would be of more benefit than pushing weights in a gym, unless of course you want to concentrate on power for track riding. I go swimming and running during bad weather as it gives me a different focus for a while.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?
