Have a look at all the premium brands of bikes (over a grand) and compare how many come with Fox Forx as standard...

And the reason is because the manufacturers think it adds a value to the bike as Fox do not do budget forks. And has plainly worked in regards to the OP here ;-)

Or could it be the quality to save the manufacturers having warranty issues...?
Either way it works as there sold by the bucket load and many premium brands have affiliations on design such as Trek/Gary Fisher, Specialised etc...

    Off to beds....nighty night....hope the foxes don't bite...x

Okay, I think that we will all agree on a F 32 RLC FIT. Ticks all the boxes, don't it? :D

No the point is they spec fox forks because they're seen as desirable, so regardless of the performance if they think it will make the bike sell more because people are drawn to the brand then that is what they will spec.

I'm not saying there aren't some fox forks out there that are better than some RS ones, but in the case of these particular two i'd say the reba is the better.

So what did the OP opt for?

  • I'm not the original poster here, but I did post the same question for the same reason a couple of weeks ago. I'm still to decide between 29er or 26, but if the latter I will be going for the Reba.
  • Neither yet,

Was going to get the bike with the Fox's, but I have seen the Ltd CC, which has full XT group & Rebas. if shop can get it, and similar price to the Race, ill be going with that!

First of all, apologize for my bad english, im from the basque country. I have to choose between de Cube ltd race ande the cube ltd cc, both oh them 985€, did you finally buy the cc?? what´s your opinion about it? i prefer the fox, but i think reba+full xt is a better choice than fox+xt+slx.
Can anybody help me? thanks a lot
