What on earth happened??

So I've not done any cycling for like 2 months, done bits on and off, but I've been ill.
Anyway today I was on the turbo, and I noticed I was doing really good, like normal performance, then later on I went on it again, I thought I was going ok, then my power started to drop, then I was putting out like 150w less, and my HR was going up at the same time. And my calf seemed to be locking up and I was getting cramp.
Anyway had some food, about 35 mins later set off home, seemed fine, but then about 3 miles from home my calf started doing the same, then my whole leg started doing it, if I pushed suddenly on the pedals, or even put any power down, my legs went into some sort of spaz and cramped up.
What is the cause of this? They're still doing it now and I'm just sat down, I got to move my legs really slowly and not put any pressure on my muscles.
I'm actually pretty worried, my HR seems to be up and down, it's going from 90 to 130 just sat here, it's doing it proper quick too.

I would have thought after 2 months off the bike you'd want to be easing back into it slowly but the way I read your post you've done three sessions in a day - maybe over done it?0
-
When you say you were doing 150W less - what power were you putting out before ? And for how long ?0
-
320w, something like 20 mins.0
-
320W for 20 mins after being off the bike for 2 months , i think most people would find that tough even if they were fully fit, 280W for 5 minutes has me gasping.0

Well I thought I was over it, and because I've been off for so long and felt ok on my first go I thought I might as well push, I had to limit myself because if I pushed any higher it was uncomfortable due to heartburn which I get alot, I think my HR was averaging 187.
My HR seems to be returning back to normal, this morning as soon as I woke up I recorded it for a while, it dipped to 45, but it was between 45 and 65 just yoyoing.0 -
So after 2 months off the bike through illness you:
Do a 20 min all-out (or close to) effort
Have another go and find you can't get the power out
Go for another ride 30 mins later
-are you really surprised that your legs hurt?0 -
320 watts or 20mins after 2 months off? just out of interest how much do you weigh? less the 80kgs and you must be v fast when on form?0
-
Well I've never been on form, I've only learnt to hold 180-190hr for long periods in the last 5 months, before that I'd stop pushing at about 175 for long periods. I weigh 75kg but my body fat has gone up 1%.0

When your in Manchester or York you have to wrap up. As your now in Iran your probably cramping in the exhaustive heat!0

320 watts for 20 mins, after nothing for 2 months! HR at 187! Blimey. Might take you two more months to recover. Heartburn!
Is this real? What kind of wattage over an hour's session would you aim for when on good form?
Pardon my incredulity. And Iran too - much of a scene out there?0
