I always have a bike with me. This is how I train in Bangkok. Its hot, its polluted, its heavy traffic and its flat as a ripped corsa single on a 202.

no offence, but it's just a video of you riding past some cars...? All it does is underline the point that training in heavy traffic, in the dark, on unlit roads is a stupid idea. It's why sensible people have turbos.0
