As the search function has died, and I can't find my bike, here are some new pics: now has XTR 2012 rear mech (and of course 10 speed parts), TruVativ Noir carbon cranks, DT hubs and 4.2 rims with red nipples, FSA 191 bar, and Avid G3 rotors.

Have you had chance to use the rotors yet? Am thinking of investing in the icetech ones, worth the extra?
