I usually read the necessary section before I start any work and then refer to youtube on the iPad when things start to go squiffy.

haha same... but then I'll ring the bike shop and ask them to fix it properly

I asked for a new stem and bars was going to get it myself but seems silly to not ask and then just end up with more socks

I want some Macallan (sherry cask) and some suntory 17yr old whisky's

If I asked for speed plays I think the missus would flip, especially when I get the dragon disco slippers to go with them

I want some kettlebells... aaaaand... hmmm... I'll get back to you!

Run downstairs Christmas morning, ooohhhh wowowowowo! A kettlebell... I'll open that later...

Would be a fun item to wrap but need to do it creatively, the shape kind of gives it away :-)

the first few times you use them, your back muscles wont know what hit them

fairly limited imo but a good kinetic workout

    Best two I've found
    squats into upright row
    swings (two and 1 armed)

Might go for them sometime, but would feel odd to be swinging something and not it being stationary and me swinging...

the swinging is all in the hips... 1st tip: Don't let go 2nd: straight back and try not to gig with your new found power thrusting... DuffMan oh yeah

I have done a fair few workouts with them with a personal trainer and I really like them - confident enough now to go and swing 'em by myself in the garden! It's pretty good cardio, and was one of the many stability exercises recommended to me to continue my (interminable) achilles recovery.

edit: oh and 1-arm, 2-arm, changing arms, lateral swings, cleans and jerks all good fun. Turkish get-ups, though, are bloomin' awful.

Planning on 2x16 and 1x20... I can do it with a 20kg, not sure on a 24kg! It's the bridge-y bit that really kills me.
