Not sure what IE version it is here at work,im guessing its an old one though, so having to use phone, can't see poop! is there a way of turning the adverts off? That's the probable cause?

Avatars will be reinstated and we will get the forum to work in IE7 without you needing to hit the compatibility button

Because it was broken. It fell over completely earlier in the year, the upgrade was necessary.

What about you Mac users? Are you having an issue with the big blue block on Safari?
  • PokerfacePokerface Posts: 7,960
I'm not seeing a blue block. What I am seeing is f$ckload of ads everywhere now. Far too many.
  • whyamiherewhyamihere Posts: 7,633
That's the same for everyone, not just Mac users.

Just use Firefox as I do with my Mac and use the ad blocker 0.6.7 as an add-on, works well ....

Oh, excellent suggestion. And if I don't want to change browsers....? Just suck it up I guess!

Well having got home it's fine on IE9, without having to use the compatability button. So it looks like IE7 is the issue.
  • Well have no idea how i managed to do that as i have little idea what IE7,8 is all about. Did download this windows chrome and seem's to work and have no blue screen block now :D

Note to mods - once this topic has gone to a second page (which it now has) those of us with the big blue block can no longer easily viwe it as the block covers the icons to go to the next page.
