    Loved it last year, you did a great job on it then.
    So are you telling us its less enjoyable this year?

    Yes it is in reverse but it’s not the same as last year. A bit in the lower woods is similar but in reverse.
    The mud should dry out apart from when you exit the lower wood.

    VW if you like pain your find it enjoyable :D

    Good luck with the stepup Collo, you will love it, just dont get sucked into the first lap antics!
    I have written off 2012 on the MTB, be back at dusk till dawn if i am lucky, and no more watching MSg either, next one clashes with holiday, and then the road trip to Le Mans for the 24hour race..........

    What time does the 'open' start is that a morning or afternoon race?

    the weather forcasts are all over the place at hte moment - if it rains here itll make hylands look like a walk in the park...

    However the description of the new course looks promising - hills, open, overtaking !! please just let me have hot weather for that one!!!

    Weekday Blast returns!!

    Should you wish to pre-ride the course before Sunday’s practice session I will be guiding groups round from 6pm. Follow the directions attached. Should you miss the 6pm start its ok as we’ll be doing multiple laps and you can join in when we return to the event village. Please do not ride around the grounds alone.

    Cost = £3
    doesnt say what day though?

    See how the weather looks, not sure wether to go full on dry with a small block 8 on the front and Stans the Crow on the rear, or play it safe and stay where i am?

    I think it will have to rain a lot to make that much difference, unless the ground there is already exceptionally boggy and waterlogged... I usually do better when its a bog fest anyway :lol:

    did you do last years race?!?!

    In the space of 5 minutes it went from dusty dry to so much clay mud on your tyres you couldnt ride!
