Cant find any Training plans

I know you only get what you pay for but i'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of free training plans on a website.

See if you can find a download of the Black Book training programme - I'm sure it is out there!

The book timed crunched cyclist has some good plans. Its not free but it doesn't cost that much and has lots of other useful information. It also gets you to perform a test so that the plans are tailored to your fitness level.
