I have just purchased a Giant anthem x4 xl from paulscycles, hope I get a shock pump with it.

You won't, they do normally offer one at a special price, that you have to order at the same time as the bike.

My 2010 Anthem came with a FREE shock pump... 8)

I reckon the shop is keeping them and selling them to other punters... :twisted:

Whiney - never, scots dont whine, we make sure of what is in the box before we order.
I just want a bike with no faults this time. That is the real HOPE.
Wiggle CS do get a 10/10 from me, bike was faulty and it was a no hassle return.
Email contact etc was good.

They may be keeping ones that are sent with the bike. Either way, if not advertised as coming with the bike by the retailer you have no rights.

Buy a trek they always give you a shock pump if necessary, my remedy even came with sag meters to set up both the rear shock and the front forks.
