Dark nights will be coming soon, can anyone suggest any good turbo trainer DVDs or books with Training plans in?

Many thanks

Carmichael train right has some DVDs
    Sufferfest - bought from net
Arnie Bakers book has some turbo sessions in it and training tips but no complete plan.

Or get some good winter clothing lights and plenty of dayglo....

    Thanks for the advice

The Sufferfest ones look pretty mental, but are quite reasonably priced compared to some of the DVDs. No pain no gain!

I've tried some online trainer programs but no dvd's. I have the Sufferfest videos - Local Hero, Angels and The Hunted and find them excellent as you can make them harder or easier but repeating or missing parts depending on the time you have any or how god you feel. The music and race coverage are good and an hour flies by but dread the 'suprise' endings.
Plan on getting Fight Club next and maybe an other but not so keen on the ones that are repeats/drills such as Revolver.

Worth doing a threshold test so you get to know your levels of 'percieved effort' to help with the on screen prompts (8/10 effort, 80 Cadence)

I quite like the repeat drill types for close season work.
As I am just riding the bike for a month or 2 and not specifically bike training, I do like using the turbo when it is nasty outdoors... using 3 YouTube Fleche Wallone finishes from various years stitched together... 3 times the 1 km up the Mur de Huy is enough for me at the moment.
