    3 months on tuesday

i gave up the day after my 2nd kid was born, although i had weaned myself down to 1 or 2 a day prior to this....do still want one about once a day.

any fitness benefit cannot be seen yet as the baby takes up too much time for me to get out on the bike

apparantly after 1 year you can get a decent ammount off your life insurance, so consider that as well!
  • I'm still struggling quitting, was off for a few weeks, then a few drinks with a smoker and I was right back. Wish there was a way to just simply quit with a gum or something, none of the patches, inhalors or other wastes of money have really helped.

My biggest win was the few people I socialised with who smoked all quit as well so no bad influences, everyone out of my groups has now been off the smokes for between 1 and 3 years.
