My folding Supertacky's 850g :?
I didn't think they made folding Sts, Maxxis list the wire 2.35 ST as being 825 so it looks likes you've been short changed somehow :?. 60a should be 700 but I've never actually weighed one.0 -
Nah, they did make them. There's one in my garage y'see. Maxxis dropped quite a few variants recently, I think for the launch of the 3C versions.
(I've found Maxxis's claimed weights to be as accurate as their sizing, my 2.7 highroller's about 100g overweight but my 2.5 is under, lots of variation in production runs I reckon)Uncompromising extremist0 -
Having ridden at Llandegla today in very wet and muddy conditions I can confirm a 2.35 70a Maxxis Advantage on the front and a 2.10 70a Maxxis Crossmark on the back is more than enough to clean everything. Now onto the serious business of waterproof shorts...0

i use fire xc pro's, more then enough, and have used semi slicks ( not great)
llandegla is a bit slippy when drying, but no real issues tbhGiant Trance X0 (08) Reverb, Hope Hoops 5.1D, XT brakes, RQ BC, Works Components headset 1.50 -
It was bloody warm and windy today but mosty dry.
Any tyre would have done0 -

+ a great big bag of potatoes, i'm not the best of riders anyway - somewhere in the middle of good and poo
but i just want tyres that are preferably made of rubber and have some air in them, who cares what they are as long as i get around!! that said conti race kings in the mud wasn't my best idea but hey i got around 8)0
