    Captain Chaos is 2 in a couple of weeks. We decided on a scooter in the end, mostly because he seemed to have some sort of in-built scooter homing device.

    Took him into Decathlon and he managed to find them from about 60 yards. Straight over to the display and started rattling them in the stands wanting to have a go. I'd never even mentioned, let alone showed him a scooter before. I guess he's just seen lots of other kids round here on one and wanted to have a go.

    Has anyone been into Decathlon on a Saturday? Bloody warzone it is! Kids flying around on bikes, scooters and inline skates. I'm surprised this is allowed under their public liability insurance policy conditions.
