    Bern do something similar so you can use the one helmet for cycling summer or winter or winter for sports. However Bern helmets are too hot for summer use I find but great for autumn / winter. Not as economical as getting her indoors to knit one admitedly.

    I used to stick a very thin wooly hat under the helmetbut that doesn't cover the ears as well as this.
