    They were really good and believe it or not they actually recovered one of my bikes after it was advertised on Gumtree, and prosecuted the seller for handling stolen goods. Suspect that a CPS admin forkup may have seen him walk though since I haven't heard anything else...

    Also there's a Stolen Bikes board on bikeradar that I don't think anyone's pointed out yet: it was someone on there who spotted my bikes on Gumtree.

    Mods. Can we get those details for the Cycle Task Force stickied on the stolen bike boards? When my bike was pinched I really struggled to get those details and had to deal with local plod. Whilst theye did get my bike back it was a low priority and a scrote selling at least 4 stolen bikes was allowed to walk as they couldn't prove he'd pinched them.
    I know it's Londoncentric but there are a lot of us down here.
