Canyon Ultimate AL 9 on a turbo trainer?

Hi, first time poster so be gentle!
I've ordered an Ultimate AL 9 from Canyon to replace the good bike and I'm wondering whether its OK to use on the turbo trainer. The bike has the typical Canyon thin seat stays and I worry if the turbo will put too much stress on them. I'm 66kgs and don't intend sprinting as hard as I can out of the saddle. Anyone with any experience? Is it ok to use?
BTW I do have a winter bike , a Boardman and use that on the turbo. However I'm tempted to flog that and just use the Canyon as an all round bike plus I may have some storage issues shortly. So I maybe down to one bike anyway!
Any advice would be welcome. Gary.

I'm no expert, but I'd have thought clamping the thing in a turbo will stress the frame far less than riding it down a pothole strewn hill.
My racelight Tk is fairly skinny alu at the back, and it was plonked on a turbo at Epic while they fitted me to it. I'm confident they know what they are doing.0 -
it will be fine - it's not even an issue....0
