Cobo deserves to keep those seconds as he was switched on and the Kenyan and the Belgian weren't.

The finish was rubbish and all should have been given same time because at the bend there was a bunch of about 50 together, it was only the confusion of the roundabout and poor signage that caused the split due to riders going wrong way.
Froome as positioned about 8th place and was lucky not to get pulled down, woggo was about 18 back but still in decent position if they had not had the roundabout debacle.
In fact it is better wiggo and froome were split by about 20 riders and not next to each other,just in case of a crash so they would not both come off in same crash.
Cobo was also close to crashing. Good handling skills by Sagan so hold bike in a fast skid
