Can anyone recommend any books or DVD which I can plan my winter training on ready for next season and hopefully get faster..
I have been TT'ing for 3 years as follows:
2009 10 mile pB 27.45 on a road bike on approx 2400miles total for the year.
2010 10 mile pB 27.09 on a road bike with clip ons 3000 miles total for the year.
2011 so far 10 mile pB 26.59 used TT frame built up with new/used parts. Will do approx 3500 miles this year and do expect/hope to do a low 26 before the end of the season.
As yet I do not have a skinsuit, overshoes or carbon wheels but have recently bought a TT helmet.
i have tended to not start any intervals/resistance work until after christmas.
I was thinking the following:
Increase my overall mileage(I can ride Tuesday/Thurs/Sat/Sun and poss Wed). I have a turbo trainer which I use regulary for winter training. I will also include some off bike core strength excercises.
Any help appeciated.

Very good book and focuses your mind on all aspects of time trialling.
I can not put it down.0
