Blood test. Any effect on performance ?

I need to have a full blood test on wednesday morning. I have a race that night. Will my performance be effected ? I know donating blood is not advisable in season but I don't know if a blood test will have the same effect

No,they will only take a small amount and it will make no difference.

Just ask them to put it back into you with more red blood cells. That'll effect your performance
