    18.5 miles each way try at least twice a week.
    Just getting back to get fitter as less fatter lol. (lost 20lb from19stone)
    Times are at 1hr5min to what ever worst was 1hr 17min bad head wind.
    Was really happy the week before holiday as i managed 1hr5min both in and home almost 17mph average or more depending on weather i use google or cycle computer
    this is on a tricross sport
    Not that bad but bad enough for me

    my commute to work is 2.5 miles each way, takes me twenty mins going uphill on way to work, 10 minutes on the way home.... :lol::lol:

    36km each way. Fastest has been 1hour 5min, slowest 1hour 30mins.
