PART OF LIFE I'M AFRAID, YOUR FITNESS HAS DIVORCED YOU AND YOU WON'T GET IT BACK, YOU'LL HAVE TO FIND A NEW FITNESS.

If it makes you feel better, i'm going through exactly the same thing.

Went on a two week holiday and got back two weeks ago, only went out on the bike yesterday, so first time out in about 4-5 weeks, i felt like crap.....

Hopefully it will pick up quickly enough like others have said on this thread....

    Similar problem here.

Did the Marmotte, succeeded, celebrated by going on a diet of pies, cake and beer for a month, stopped training, managed to replace 3 of the kilos I had lost. Went for a ride at the weekend and felt strangely lethargic, fuc*ed even, I cant figure it out!

    Any ideas?

    I'm the opposite!

Went out last Tuesday planning to do 50 miles, but was so knackered could only manage 44.

This Saturday, went out with as a group of three and did 100 rolling miles with loads to spare.

There's no accounting for how you feel sometimes!
