    Today was better, only 1 incident of forgetting to pedal! Was pootling because of the rain though, which probably helped.

    44 / 14 is proving quite nice overall. I missed the extra 2 teeth on the cog going up Broomfield hill though, that was tough.

    pangolin - I don't go that way on the fixie after having to get off and push. I go up through the middle - much more civilised.

    Yeah, on 44 / 16 I could just about keep cycling up it. 44 / 14 was more trackstanding/grinding up.

    broomfield is quite steep! it's doable but not nice at around the 80inch mark mind you riding up with full paniers probably wasn't the smartest move....

    I tend to take dark hill as it's easier and I do like going down broomfield! up though is no fun on a SS going down though is!
