Whatever you do don't let anyone push you towards an early grave by trying to make you "accept" that you are older and take upon yourself artificial constraints. It's just intergenerational intrasexual selection in action - basically, if the youngsters can force you to wear a cardigan, get fat and die quickly it increases their chances with the ladies..
(although I'm sure such urges must be well sublimated in your family social dynamics, Freud notwithstanding 
). No quicker way to speed up the aging process than to start thinking of yourself as old. I'm pushing 45 and I wear these - CGAF what anyone thinks! 0
