Could anyone please suggest a good post-ride stretch app for iPhone/iPod? I seem to recall one being recommended in Cycling Plus recently but I can't find the article. Thanks.

From the bottom up
Calves - gastroc/soleus
Hamstrings
Quads
Hip flexors
Glutes/piriformis
Lower back
Upper back
Lesser importance:
Chest
Triceps
Shoulders
per stretch 20/30 second
5/6 mins or so
If you have deeper issues. then a hard foam roller for problem areas
I dont think you need a phone to do them but you can use it to google stretch ideas and write them in a little black book.0 -
